Where Fall Festival will be held
On this thorofare, W Franklin St, will be held again this year the annual West Side Fall Festival, sponsored by the Nut Club. Every year this festival draws thousands of people to the West Side. The street is always gaily decorated and the merchants pride themselves on dressing their windows to make them as attractive as possible
